Shelia recounts, that after her father had taken his Ford Freestyle to multiple dealerships for a leaky vent with no signs of finding the cause, he finally decided to take his car to Precision Auto. Since Precision Auto was able to find the cause of the leaking vent and repair it successfully, they both decided that Precision was going to be his new auto repair and maintenance shop, Shelia recounts that he said, “well, I’m coming here and that was good enough for me, so I followed my dad here (Precision)! I basically went wherever my dad went.”
Transparency and Reassurance
Shelia loves that Precision Auto never tries to sell anything that the car doesn’t need and always takes the time to explain what’s going on. Along with a thorough explanation, Shelia likes that they also send customers a text message report indicating that the car has been reviewed and what the results are, putting her anxiety at ease, “Precision Auto checks everything and sends a detailed report to my phone.”
Sheila noted that the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to make sure that her car runs smoothly, “they are very thorough, and I know that I am going to be safe and anybody else in my car is going to be safe.” She also knows the importance of integrity, “they care about their customers.”

Shelia’s been a loyal customer since 2016 and recommends the shop to her friends and family.
