Look at the photo. That’s a front lower control arm from a Ford F150 at this shop, rotted straight through. The customer only came in for an oil change. Our digital multipoint inspection found it, and we replaced it. It was unsafe to drive on.

One thing to know: our South Windsor shop doesn’t do wheel alignments. If your repair needs an alignment afterward, our West Springfield shop does them, and we’ll tell you up front. Repairs carry a 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty.
