Meet The Staff
Matt Rivest
President
​
Matt came to us shy of 10 years ago with a strong history of customer service and business management. He quickly worked his way up to the role as Service Manager.
His empathetic nature, attention to detail, and natural ability to lead others make him a perfect fit for this position which eventually evolved into Matt taking an Ownership role in Precision Auto at the beginning of 2023.

In his personal time he enjoys spending time with his wife, 2 children, and dog "Winston".
James Stephenson
Vice-President
James started his career in the automotive field at the age of 14 by working at a local gas station. He quickly excelled and by the age of 18 became a Fully Certified Master Technician. At the age of 22 he opened Precision Auto Repair (for more information see About Us).
After well over 25 years in the automotive industry James still maintains his Master Certification, has received local and national recognition for Auto Repair Excellence, has a hit Podcast "Boys Under The Hood", works as a Business Development Coach for Independent Auto Repair Shops all over the country, and has the same passion to help people as he did when he started in the industry.

In his spare time James enjoys spending time with his wife and family, while staying active.
Ricardo
Aka "Little Papi"
Shop Foreman / Partner
Ricardo came to us with just about 20 years of experience as a Professional Automotive Technician. He enjoys working on larger and more intricate repairs such as engine rebuilds, timing chain repairs, and engine reseals. Which is awesome because he’s incredibly good at them. In 2023 Ricardo became a Partner at Precision Auto and plans to help us grow for the next 20 years.

Ricardo is originally from The Dominican Republic and became a US Citizen in July of 2019. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife, children, and dog "Freddy".
Steve
Master Technician
Steve came to us with just about 30 years of experience as a Certified Master Automotive Technician. He excels at larger jobs that require a lot of skill and experience to complete. His attention to detail and quality control are only a couple of the reasons why we enjoy working with him.

In his spare time Steve enjoys spending time with his family and riding his motorcycle.
Kayla
Service Advisor
Kayla joined our team with many years of Customer Service Experience. She is the smiling voice that you hear when you call us. Kayla's warm personality is one of the main reasons that she is able to connect with such a wide variety of our customers. She has a natural ability to problem solve and organize which is crucial for her role as Service Advisor.
